An offering of 27 child focused affirmation cards to help support children move through the care journey of their mothers’ cancer treatment. Suitable for children and adults alike.
This deck has been co-constructed between my daughter and I, and something we used during my breast cancer diagnosis and care path in 2021 and 2022. This deck is full of thought-provoking, experience-sharing and positively affirming phrases which aim to help plant seeds of hopefulness and reassurance for children.
There are 2 illustrated, but blankly left cards in the deck for the child to write their own affirmation, mantra or positive-mindset phrase. These blank cards allow children to exercise authority over their chosen phrase and words.
A handcrafted, Oakwood polished stand is included for children for place their card upright in a special place they can view at many times throughout the day.
