Connection with others transcends the physical space. Our Story Stones aim to help children feel a sense of closeness with their loved one who can not be physically close for a period of time due to medical treatment / appointments.
Each Story Stone parcel comes with two precious stones in a linen pouch. One stone is for the child to hold and the other stone is for their loved one. This stone hopes to resemble a point of connection and reassurance of closeness in times when there is physical distance.
There are four stones to chose from:
Rose Quartz - the stone of unconditional love
Clear Quartz - the stone of healing and spiritual growth
Tigers Eye - the stone of protection
Howlite - the stone of patience, perspective and clarity in thought
Story Stones are not appropriate to be used with children under the age of 5 years, due to being a chocking hazard. We also acknowledge that the biological age of a child doesn't always resemble level of safety, and we therefore advise parental discretion to be used on the suitability of Story Stones for the end user.
